We encourage open communication at all levels. Associates are free to express their concerns, ideas and problems. Our open-door policy allows associates to discuss any job-related issues in confidence and be assured that open questions will be followed up and addressed fairly.
Casual Dress
Have you considered what it would be like to come to work each day with a smile on your face? As a fashion apparel leader, we encourage our associates to enjoy themselves while at work. You won’t find the atmosphere stuffy or formal. Our store associates are always fashion appropriate to meet the customers, and our offices have a business-casual dress policy Monday through Thursday and casual dress on Fridays.
