Charming Shoppes operates nearly 2,000 stores in 48 states. Each store, as well as our corporate and brand headquarters and distribution centers, is part of our company's close-knit community. At Charming Shoppes, we feel it's our responsibility to give back to the communities we serve. This philosophy is demonstrated through various initiatives designed to better the lives of women and children, offer help to those in need, inspire community spirit and truly make a difference.

We believe success comes with responsibility. When we open a store, we expect it to be a part of the community for many years to come, which means finding ways for our associates and company to get involved and to give back. Through our Keeping Kids Warm program, in conjunction with our vendors and suppliers, we have donated over 150,000 new coats to children at schools throughout the country.

Charming Shoppes is committed to demonstrating its ongoing partnerships with non-profit organizations who share the same goal of supporting members of the community. We are currently active supporters of the American Diabetes Association, the Police Athletic League of Philadelphia (PAL) and The United Way Organizations of Bucks County, PA and Franklin County, OH to name a few. Charming Shoppes is also active in providing funding for disaster relief efforts such as the hurricanes and floodings in 2011 and 2005, the 2004 tsunami, and the 2010 earthquakes in Haiti.
