Store Operations
With more than 2,300 store locations nationwide, Charming Shoppes’ brands (Lane Bryant, Fashion Bug, Catherines and Petite Sophisticate) offer opportunities for people who are interested in sales, management and working with product displays. Each brand brings a unique look and feel to the business; you may find a particular brand to be the best fit for you. Regional and District Management
Stores for our brands are grouped first by region and then by district. Regional and district managers are responsible for groups of stores in a particular geographic area. They work closely with store managers and their store teams to hold our product presentation, store operational processes, store presentation and customer service to the highest standards.

Store Management
A store manager heads each store location. Managers are responsible for the day-to-day activities of their stores and are accountable for sales, customer service, visual merchandising standards, store operations and training store personnel. We look for energetic, well-rounded managers who thrive on the changing demands of the retail business. We also hire assistant managers to provide the coverage needed to run our stores.

Store Sales
We strive to keep our stores staffed with competent, customer-friendly, fashion-savvy associates. With such a large number of locations, there are always positions to fill. Whether or not you have retail experience, consider a position working in one of our stores near you. Sales associates are responsible for generating sales and making sure our customers leave satisfied and eager to return. Sales associates also maintain an attractive and safe shopping environment and handle a variety of daily operational tasks as assigned by Store Management.

Loss Prevention
Loss Prevention works with Store Operations through every available means to prevent loss of merchandise. The Loss Prevention team stops external theft and makes sure our internal efforts result in the most accurate inventories possible. The leadership team for Loss Prevention is based in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Additional staff members are based in regional offices across the country.
