After a standard waiting period, qualified full-time associates are covered by life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, and short-term disability insurance, all paid for by Charming Shoppes.

Associates who qualify for company life insurance are also covered by our free LifeBalance program, which provides fast, professional advice, referrals and access to educational resources on topics such as parenting, emotional well-being, and legal and financial concerns 24 hours a day.

Optional plans allow you to purchase additional life insurance coverage for you and your spouse or dependents, critical-care insurance and additional disability coverage. Another optional plan allows you to join a prepaid legal club.
